Come join us Monday and Thursday mornings for the continuation of our WCS
craft circle. We have made things like Waldorf dolls, soft play mat for the
kindergarten, leaves for the common space tree, fabric to beautify the
classrooms, etc. We will continue to work on some of these projects but now
the teachers have many new requests and projects for us to make. No
experience is necessary! We will be glad to teach you. Feel free to drop by
and check out the action.
If you don’t feel too crafty we also needs help preparing materials for the
weekly “Whole School Craft Studio” session
for grades 1 – 5. This involves things like winding balls of yarn, sanding
knitting needles, threading sewing needles, etc.
When: 9am to 11am on Mondays and Thursdays
Where: Whole Child School – Art Room
(the centre room across from the grade 3 class on the third floor
Please remember to get a volunteer pass from the office before coming
upstairs.
If you are bringing younger children please bring toys and activities to
keep them occupied. Classes will be in session so we have to be
considerate of the teachers and students around us.
